Spire uses Crystal Reports for all of its reports. Spire partners can assist with developing reports for you or if you have the knowledge you can write them on your own. Stock Spire Reports are currently being developed with Crystal Reports 2020 Support Pack 3 Patch 5. You can use any version of Crystal Reports 2013, Crystal Reports 2016 or Crystal Reports 2020 with the latest Service Packs to customize Crystal Reports used with Spire. It is recommended to upgrade Crystal Reports 2016 to at least Service Pack 5 or Crystal Reports 2020 to at least Service Pack 1.

Crystal Reports can be obtained online from SAP with this link. If you have a previous version of Crystal Reports then you may qualify for an upgrade price.
