Once in a while, orders are deleted inadvertently. It is possible to restore deleted orders, if you have user security permission enabled in the Sales Orders area, from the top menu and the Recover Deleted process.
A list of deleted orders will be displayed. Locate the one that needs to be recovered, and Filters and the Search box can assist in this, and double-click or use the Edit button to open it.
At the top is a red ribbon reminding you of the deleted status. At the right is a Recover button you can use to move this order to the active order list, with all of the previous information and statuses maintained.
