This screen allows you to scan item barcodes as they are being selected for shipping, incrementing the Ship Qty for each scan.
From here you can scan in the items as they are being shipped. To initialize the shipped quantities, click the Zero Qty button, setting them all to zero and displaying them in red font colour. Then scan the item barcode to increment the Ship Qty of any existing item by the value in the Quantity field. You will not be able to scan a new item that is not already on the order, nor scan it item to result in a Ship Qty greater than the Order Qty – an alert sound will occur with the error message in both cases.
When an item scan has been done to make the Ship Qty equal to the Order Qty, the font colour will become blank instead of red, indicating that this line is complete.
