Spire 3.5 and lower stored Inventory images anywhere on the network, often not accessible to some users. In Spire 3.6 and later, all images may be copied to the central media storage. This should be run by each user, on their local PC, who has added Inventory images in the past.
Select Migrate Files from the Tools Menu
Check Attachments and Inventory Images and click “OK”
Yes to continue the process
Message will indicate the Attachments and Inventory Images has been copied over to the Central Media folder
