If you are using the Spire Virtual Appliance to run the Spire Server, this Setup option will be visible for the purpose to access the Settings and Status related to the Virtual Appliance.
The Status screen includes information related to CPU Usage and Memory, and also various logs including the spired logs for Spire use.
