The Ship From tab information is populated by the company address if your company does not maintain separate warehouses, otherwise the information comes from the Warehouse record selected in the Ship From field on the Main tab.
In addition to the address, any Contacts defined on the warehouse record are also brought over, which can be used for emailing documents such as picking slips.
