The GL Summary screen allows you to see totals for each account group and company division if used, and expand groups to see individual accounts and balances.
The highest level grouping is by Division, which will only display the Consolidated Company division 000 if you do not use this feature. Within each division you can list accounts summarized by Group code and total account balances by group. Within each group you can expand to the accounts or subgroups as defined. And finally you can expand subgroups to display the associated accounts within.
If you double-click on a specific account, you can open that account in a new window for inquiry or editing.
