If you need to make one or more identical changes to a group of price matrix records, it is possible to use the Import tool to do so, but the setup might be cumbersome. Instead, you can choose to highlight a selection of rows on the Price Matrix grid, either consecutive or not, perhaps with the assistance of a Filter or Search results, and click the Edit toolbar button to open the Price Matrix Update screen.
This screen has a pre-determined set of values that you can choose from and determine what will be saved for all selected price matrix records. Enter the starting and/or ending dates for which these prices are used. For Pricing, choose the desired Adjustment Type, which will enable or disable the related fields in the section below. Click OK to save the changes to all price matrix records.
