This tab displays the customers sales tax jurisdictions, defaulted from the Sales Taxes setting from the customer address when the order is first created. They can be changed for a specific sales order if required.
Because default Sales Tax codes can be assigned to customer addresses, changing the shipping address could potentially change the tax codes and thus the tax calculated for the order.
