Restrict User’s Customers/Sales Order by Territory ―This setting restricts the user from seeing customers, sales orders and sales history that belong to a different territory than the one selected here.
Add Territory ― Allows the user to add new territories.
Edit Territory ― Allows the user to edit existing territories.
Delete Territory ― Allows the user to delete territories. You will be prevented from deleting territories that exist on open Sales orders.
Export Territory ― Allows the user to export the contents of the Territory grid to an external file.
Validate Territory Code ― When enabled the user can only use territory values for customers and sales orders that exist in the territory table. When this setting is enabled, while typing a value into a Territory field, the selection list will appear. If an invalid code was entered, exiting the field will clear the contents.
