This tab allows you to see all historical sales invoices for this customer, not yet completed and closed to history. There are two sub-tabs, one for the list of invoices and the other for the list of items from those invoices. On either sub-tab you can search for, filter or export records of interest, and double-click a row to open the Sales History invoice in a new window.
Sales History Items
Add to Order – Multi-select items from this grid and click add the selected items to this order.
Order Items Only – Toggle this button on to display only those items that appear on previous invoices for this customer, typically to compare item prices and costs. Toggle this button off to see all items from all history invoices, whether or not they are on this order. The selection will be remembered for the next order you create or edit.
Sales History Invoices
View Transaction – Open a new window with the General Ledger entry created when this invoice was posted.
EDI: Invoice – A function used with 3rd party EDI applications.
Email – Select one or more invoices for creating and sending emails to the customer. Saved emails are displayed on the Communications tab of each invoice.
