This tab allows you to see all outstanding sales orders for this customer, not yet completed and closed to history. There are two sub-tabs, one for the list of orders and the other for the list of items on all of these orders. This is helpful to make sure you are not duplicating an order that someone else has already entered for this customer. On either sub-tab you can search for, filter or export records of interest, and double-click a row to open the Sales Order in a new window.

You can also highlight an order and process it similarly to what is possible from the main order list. This can be helpful if a customer has multiple outstanding sales orders that you plan on combining into a single shipment, or if you need to update all orders for this customer in some similar fashion, making it easy to locate them all and ensure none are missed. The reports toolbar button allows access to all the reports and forms available from the Sales Orders list grid, limited to the open orders for this customer.
