This tab displays each phase that an order has gone through, including the starting and ending dates and times of each phase.
You can edit the start and end time if necessary, to make corrections. You can also include a reference or notes for any phase, and the Carrier if the phase required shipping. This information can be included on customized reports for tracking purposes.
When this order is invoiced, all phase information is maintained on the Sales History invoice.
