View Production Notes – Allows the user to view records on the Communications grid for Production Orders or Production History invoices.
Edit Production Notes – Allows the user to add or edit records on the Communications grid for Production Orders or Production History invoices.
Export Production Notes – Allows the user to export the contents of the Communications grid for Production Orders or Production History invoices to an external file.
Change Component Cost – Allows the user to edit the unit cost of component items in the grid.
Update Production Templates – User can update the templates from inside a template or by pushing from a production order.
Create Production Orders – Allows the user to create new Production orders from the Orders tab.
Access Production Orders – Allows the user to open the Production Order module.
Edit Production Orders – Allows the user to edit and save Production orders from the Orders tab.
Delete Production Orders – Allows a user to delete Production orders from the Orders tab.
Export Production Orders – Allows the user to export the contents of the Production Orders grid to an external file.
Build Production Orders – Allows the user to build production orders by clicking the Build button, either from the Production Order list or when editing a production order.
Allow Increment Phases – Allows the user to update the phase field to the next phase in sequence by clicking the Next Phase button, either from the Production Order list or when editing a production order. Disabling this option does not prevent the user from changing the phase directly, as that is controlled with a different user setting.
Allow Change Phase – Allows the user to edit the phase field in the Order Information section of the Main tab. Disabling this option does not prevent the user from changing the phase with the Next Phase button, as that is controlled with a different user setting.
Create Template Orders – Allows the user to create new Production orders from the Templates tab.
Edit Template Orders – Allows the user to edit and save Production orders from the Templates tab.
Default Phase – The initial phase field value when creating a new production order.
Automatically Commit – When setting a production order to ‘Pending’ or ‘In Progress’ it commits the complete order instead of the user committing line by line.
